I especially applaud all the green energy initiatives taken (which was my initial reason for switching) and the interest returned on debit balances. Engineer quickly advised Ovo Corgi of fault and having this cover also, the engineer came back later in the day to rectify the problem with a new valve class service. Tell them that you expect this to be resolved in 8 weeks or you will take the issue to the ombudsman. If it isn''t resolved in 8 weeks raise it with the ombudsman.

Poor service following a bill query complaint
Unfortunately OVO are currently rated the worst supplier for the number of complaints escalated to 3rd parties (Energy Ombudsman, Citizens Advice) vs the number of customers. The stats are published on the Citizens Advice website. It is impossible to know why. Hopefully things will improve over the next year.
