Power Outages
Jun 11, 2024, 2:17 PM. Just got back from St. John, visited from 5 to 9 June. The power outages were widespread. Nearly everyone was on backup the entire time. We stayed at the Westin and they were on generator power. STT airport had little to no air conditioning in the terminal, very warm and humid in there!

I was seeing a little bit about these rolling power outages and wanted to understand a little more before booking everything. We would be there late September.

3 helpful votes. Power Outages. May 20, 2024, 1:25 PM. Just a heads up. The power has been going out frequently. Sometimes it is scheduled but most of the time it isn''t. Anywhere from an hour to 12 hours. Things have been pretty unstable recently. The solar companies probably have their hands full!
